Raspberry Chia Seeds Yogurt Parfait

Raspberry Chia Yogurt Parfait_small

Serves 2

1/3 cup almond milk (or regular milk)
1/3 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
2/3 cup raspberry
2/3 tsp. vanilla paste
1 tsp. honey (adjust according to your taste)
2 tbsp. chia seeds
4 tbsp. granola

1) Whisk milk, yoghurt, vanilla extract and honey in a big bowl with a spatula.

2) Pour half the mixture into a separate bowl and gently stir in Chia seeds.

3) For tastiest results, cover both yoghurt mixtures with clingfilm and place in the fridge to chill overnight.

4) Into 2 glasses, layer your chia seeds yoghurt mixture first then cover with granola.

5) Pour a layer of the plain yoghurt mixture over the chia yoghurt and granola layers. Finish with raspberry on top and sprinkle a pinch of chia seed on each parfait to finish.

6) Serve and enjoy!

p/s: The healthiest dessert that has ever come out of my kitchen!! It's so delicious that even my husband who doesn't eat plain yogurt, loves it. I make this dessert 2-3 times a week since I have all these ingredients on hand all the time and it tastes good.
