Tuna Avocado Salad

Serves 2

1 large avocado (diced)
1 can tuna packed in water or oil (drained)
1/2 cup roughly chopped cilantro
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp fresh lime juice
sea salt & fresh ground black pepper to taste

1) Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, salt & pepper.

2) Flake tuna with a fork then mix in chopped cilantro and diced avocado.

3) Dressed the tuna mixture with the olive oil-lime juice dressing.

p/s: Yummy & light!! It makes a great sandwich spread too!
