White Chocolate Cups

100g White chocolate
1 Egg
1 Egg yolk
2tbsp Icing sugar
200ml Whipping cream
Fresh strawberries, for serving

1) Melt the white chocolate by putting the chocolate in a bowl and place the bowl over the bowl of hot water (don't let the water touch the bowl).

2) When chocolate melt stir in the egg and egg yolk.

3) Whip the whipping cream with icing sugar until soft peaks form.

4) Fold 1/3 of whipped cream into the white chocolate mixture, then fold the chocolate mixture back into the whipped cream bowl.

Pour into the cups and refrigerate for 2 hours.

5) Cut the strawberry into heart shape ^^, if you want to. Put the strawberry on top of the mousse and serve with a smile.
