LuoHanGuo Drink

1 LuoHanGuo (羅漢果)
2 litre water

1. Cut LuoHanGuo and remove the seeds. Try to not to break the shell into pieces.

2. Break loose all the seeds and place them in a small muslin bag.

3. Place LuoHanGuo shell & seeds in room temperature water and boil over the stove. Once it's boiling, continue to boil in low fire for 20 min.

4. Remove the shell and seeds, serve (either hot or cold). The drink can be stored in the fridge for up to a month.

How to choose LuoHanGuo?
It has to be green with a gold sheen. It shouldn't be black and there shouldn't be any black spot. When u shake it, there shouldn't be any sound. And it should bounce on a table like a ping-pong ball.
