Shiroi Koibito。白之戀人

63g Egg White
70g Icing Sugar
60g Butter
60g Cake Flour
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1) Creamed butter & sugar. Whisk in egg white in halves.
2) Stir in flour in halves and mix well. Add vanilla extract.
3) Place cookie mould on non-stick baking sheet. Spread batter over the mould & gently scrape away excess.
4) Carefully remove the mould.
5) Bake in preheated oven at 190°C for 8-10 minutes.
6) Cool the cookies before removing them from the baking sheet.

100g White Chocolate

1) Chop white chocolate into small pieces and melt it over a double boiler.
2) Stir the melted chocolate to a smooth & creamy consistency.
3) Let the melted chocolate cool a little (not too long as the chocolate will harden again).
4) Spread on a cookie and sandwich them.
