Italian Herbs Pork Skewers

300g Pork Loin
Freshly ground black pepper
Juice from a quarter lemon
Zest from a whole lemon

1) Cut the pork loin into thin slices.
2) Season the pork loin with salt, ground black pepper, generous amount of Italian Seasonings, lemon juice & lemon zest.
3) Let them sit in the fridge for at least an hour. For best result, leave them in the fridge overnight.
4) Skewer the pork loin with wooden skewers.
5) Grill till the meat is well cooked.
