Boiled-Egg with Runny Yolk 溏心蛋

Boiled Egg with Runny Yolk

1) Immerse eggs in a pot of boiling water & cook for 4 minutes uncovered.
2) Off the fire & let the eggs sit in the pot for 2 minutes.
3) Remove eggs from the pot & immerse eggs in ice cold water to stop the cooking process.

水 滾 後 放 雞 蛋 煮 約 4 分 鐘 後 熄 火 浸 2 分 鐘 , 取 出 雞 蛋 後 浸 凍 水 待 用 。
