Thai Dressing

Serves 4

4 thai lime, juiced
1/2 lemon, juiced
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sesame seed oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar, large
2 tbsp ginger, peeled & grated
1 clove garlic, grated
3 red chili padi, seeded, and, finely, sliced
1 large handful fresh coriander & basil, chopped

Mixed all in a jar.
