Seafood Baked Rice

serving for 4
1 can lobster bisque
1 cup water
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups fresh or frozen vegetables
12 scallops
1/2 cup crab meat
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese

method:
1) mix all ingredients together except for the cheeses & pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish.
2) top with scallops & crab meat.
3) cover with aluminium foil.
4) bake at 180 degree celcius for 45 minutes or until done.
5) top with cheeses & put back in oven till cheese melted (abt 1-2min) & serve.
