Oven Baked Rice

serving for 4
1 can cream of chicken/ cream of mushroom/ cream chicken mushroom
1 1/3 cups water
3/4 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups fresh or frozen vegetables
1/2 tsp onion powder (or chopped white onion)
4 chicken breast halves (optional)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

method:
1) mix soup & water well.
2) add rice, veggies and onion powder into the soup & water mixture. stir well. pour into a shallow baking dish.
3) top with chicken (season chicken as desired).
Cover with aluminium foil.
4) bake at 180 degree celcius for 45 minutes or until done.
5) top with cheese & put back in oven till cheese melted (abt 1-2min) & serve.
