Fried Rice With Char Siew

serving for 4

4 bowls of cold steam rice
3 eggs
1 cup of crab meat
char siew (marinate pork with Lee Kum Kee Char Siew Sauce for 2 hours then bake @ 180 degree celsius for 40min)
5 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt

1) slice the char siew & cut the odd bits into small cubes. set aside.
2) whisk eggs & fried in scramble egg style till 1/2 cooked. set aside.
3) stir fry crab meat & set aside.
4) heat up some oil & add rice. stir well then add the seasonings. fry till the rice is well separated.
5) add all the other ingredients & mix well. serve.
