Potato Croquette

450g potato (or 2 1.4 cups)
113g ground beef or ground pork
1/2 onion
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to season
vegetable oil for frying
flour
panko (breadcrumb)

Method:
1. Peel and cut potatoes into medium chunks.
2. Boil potatoes until soften. Mash potatoes.
3. Mince onion and saute in a fryin pan. Add ground beef in the pan and saute.
4. Mix mashed potato and onion and beef or pork in a bowl.
5. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
6. Make flat and oval-shaped pieces.
7. Coat each piece with flour. Dip in beaten egg. Coat with panko.
8. Fry in 180 degree celsius oil until brown.
