Pork Belly Stew

500g pork belly (sliced)
a few slices of ginger
3 cinnamon sticks
5 star anises seeds
a handful of chinese wolfberries
a few dashes of ground black peppers
2 tbsp sugar
3-5 tbsp dark soy sauce (add 3 tbsp 1st, then add more if not sufficient)
1-2 tbsp light soya sauce

1 clove of garlic
hard boiled eggs
preserved vegetables (mui choy)

1) put all ingredients in a pot & add water.
2) bring part 1 to boil.
3) turn the fire to low & simmer till done.

This is my creation (: I love this dish as it so easy to make & yet sinfully delicious. U can eat it with plain chinese buns, rice or egg noodles.
