Oneh Oneh

240g glutinous rice flour
120 ml hot water
3 tbsp thick pandan juice (use fresh pandan leaves, blend with water)
2 tbsp coconut powder (instant coconut powder)
150g gula melaka (palm sugar)

Mixed and steam, cool completely before use:
1 coconut (grated..white part only)
half tsp salt

1. in a mixing bowl, add flour with hot water to mix.
2. Add rest of dough ingredients to make a soft dough.
3. Shape dough into small balls.
4. Chopped gula melaka into smaller pieces
5. Add one piece of gula melaka into the dough ball and seal up.
6. boil a pot of water.
7. Drop oneh oneh into it..when it rises to the top, remove and drain.
8. Coat it with cooled coconut.
