Colorful Stir Fry Egg

Egg 5 pcs
Century Egg 1 pc
Salted Egg 1 pc
Tomato 2 pcs
Chopped Parsley 2 stalks

Seasoning:
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Method:
1) Clean salted eggs & boil till cook then remove shell
2) Diced the cooked salted egg into small bits
3) Clean century egg and shell, diced into small bits
4) Clean tomato, remove seeds and dice into small pieces
5) Heat up wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry tomato dices for 2 minutes
6) Set aside tomato together with the sauce, add 2 tbsp of cornflour and stir well
7) Whisk egg, add seasoning, salted eggs, century egg and tomato, whisk
8) Heat up wok with 3 tbsp of oil, pour in the egg mixture
9) Stir fry until cooked and serve
